MIXED MARTIAL ARTS ( MMA )
Mixed martial arts (commonly referred to as "MMA") is a combat sport in which two competitors attempt to defeat each other by potentially utilizing a wide variety of fighting techniques, including grappling and striking. Brought to you by Allen Mohler our head instructor and NAGA Instructor of the year!  We offer our Intro to MMA class for our Beginner, intermediate and advanced members. This program blends the key elements of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing and Wrestling Take-downs. The instructors for this class are skilled Athletes , who have an abundance of knowledge and experience. This is the program you've been looking for to take your combat sports training to another level. Mixed Martial Arts ( MMA)  is designed for competition such as the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), WEC type fights. In order to compete against today's trained fighter you must be comfortable on your feet as well as on the ground.

At MOHLER Mixed Martial Arts ( MMA ), we will help
make you well-rounded in all four styles to become a true Mixed Martial Artist.
Boxing: For hand speed, head movement, and punching
Muay Thai: For your elbows, knees, and shin kicks
Wrestling: Takedowns and working the clinch
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu: Submissions, ground control, striking on the ground into submission.
